Description

A festive and indulgent Sugar Cookie Martini that combines creamy half-and-half with Irish cream, vanilla vodka, and amaretto. Rimmed with vanilla frosting and holiday sprinkles, this delightful cocktail is perfect for holiday celebrations or dessert-inspired drinks.

Ingredients

For the Glass Rim

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla frosting
  • 2 tablespoons holiday sprinkles

For the Cocktail

  • 4 ounces half-and-half
  • 2 ounces Irish cream liqueur
  • 2 ounces vanilla vodka
  • 2 ounces amaretto
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Frosted sugar cookies (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glass Rim: Place vanilla frosting on a plate and holiday sprinkles on another. Roll the edges of two martini glasses first in the frosting, then in the sprinkles, coating the rims evenly. Set the glasses aside to allow the rim to set slightly.
  2. Mix the Cocktail: Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the half-and-half, Irish cream liqueur, vanilla vodka, amaretto, and vanilla extract. Secure the lid on the shaker.
  3. Shake and Serve: Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to thoroughly mix and chill the ingredients. Pour the mixture into the prepared martini glasses.
  4. Garnish and Enjoy: Garnish each glass with a frosted sugar cookie on the rim or on the side for a festive touch. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a thicker rim, apply frosting twice before dipping in sprinkles.
  • Adjust the amount of Irish cream and amaretto to taste for sweetness and strength.
  • Use chilled half-and-half and vodka for a colder cocktail without diluting with too much ice.
  • Frosted sugar cookies can be store-bought or homemade depending on preference.
