Made with Greek yogurt, kefir, and light sour cream, it offers a healthy twist perfect for salads, dipping veggies, or drizzling over your favorite dishes. With a blend of classic herbs and spices, it’s easy to whip up in just 5 minutes for a fresh, homemade taste that keeps well in the fridge.

Ingredients

Dairy Base

  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (2% fat recommended)
  • 1/3 cup plain kefir (1% fat recommended)
  • 1/3 cup light sour cream

Seasonings and Herbs

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons dried chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add the Greek yogurt, kefir, light sour cream, onion powder, dried parsley, dried dill, garlic powder, dried chives, sea salt, and black pepper into a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk Thoroughly: Using a whisk, mix all the ingredients together until the dressing is smooth and well combined with no lumps or clumps of herbs.
  3. Store the Dressing: Pour the dressing into a mason jar or airtight container for storage.
  4. Refrigerate: Keep the dressing refrigerated and use within one week for optimal freshness and flavor.

Notes

  • Use plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt and kefir to keep the dressing tangy and healthy.
  • Adjust dried chives quantity to preference for more or less onion flavor.
  • This dressing is great as a salad dressing, dip for veggies, or topping for baked potatoes.
  • Always store in a sealed container and refrigerate promptly for food safety.
  • Shake or stir well before each use as ingredients may settle.
