- Making juice with a juicer: Feed the washed celery stalks directly into your juicer. Collect the juice in a container and drink immediately to enjoy maximum freshness.
- Storing juice made with a juicer: You can prepare juice from two bunches to have enough for two days. Store the juice in a sealed mason jar in the refrigerator.
- Making juice with a blender: Chop the celery stalks into 1-inch pieces and place them into the blender. Add 1/4 cup purified water to help blend smoothly. Blend until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
- Strain the blended celery: Place a clean nut milk bag over a pitcher or bowl, pour the blended celery mixture through it, and use your hands to squeeze out the juice, separating it from the pulp.
