Description

A refreshing homemade take on Starbucks' Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew, combining smooth cold brew coffee with a luscious vanilla syrup and rich sweet cream for a perfectly balanced, creamy iced coffee beverage.

Ingredients

Cold Brew Coffee

  • 2 cups cold brew coffee

Vanilla Coffee Syrup

  • 6 tablespoons vanilla coffee syrup (divided use)

Vanilla Sweet Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla coffee syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vanilla sweet cream: In a jar, combine 6 tablespoons of vanilla coffee syrup, 1 cup of heavy cream, and 1/4 cup of 2% milk. Shake or stir well until fully mixed. Store any leftover vanilla sweet cream in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Shake well before each use to recombine.
  2. Assemble the cold brew coffee: Pour 2 cups of cold brew coffee into a tall glass. Add 2 tablespoons of vanilla coffee syrup and 2-3 tablespoons of the prepared vanilla sweet cream. Stir thoroughly to mix the flavors.
  3. Add ice and serve: Fill the glass with ice cubes to chill the beverage. Stir again if desired. Enjoy your homemade Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew immediately for the best taste.
