- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 3 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener (or other granulated sugar of choice)
- 4 Oreo cookies, crushed (can use gluten free)
Wet Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp cream cheese (about 3 oz)
Optional
- 3-4 Tbsp white chocolate chips, melted (for drizzling)
Instructions

- Chill: Refrigerate the protein balls for about 15 minutes to firm up and set their shape.
- Optional Chocolate Drizzle: Melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the chilled protein balls for an extra touch of sweetness.
Notes
- You can substitute monk fruit sweetener with any granulated sweetener of choice.
- Use gluten-free Oreos if you need a gluten-free version.
- Adjust dough consistency with coconut flour or a small amount of liquid for easier shaping.
- Store protein balls in the refrigerator for up to one week for best freshness.
- For a vegan version, consider using dairy-free cream cheese and vegan Oreo alternatives.
